Pensacola City Council
Pensacola City Council meetings are generally held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month, beginning at 7:00 PM. The meetings take place in the Council Chambers located on the first floor of City Hall, at 180 Governmental Center. Special meetings are held as needed.
Committee meetings are held at various times, with the Committee of the Whole meeting (where much of Council’s actual work is done) being held the Monday prior to a Regular Meeting at 3:15 PM. Committee of the Whole meetings are held in the Hagler/Mason Room on the second floor of City Hall.

Charter Review Commission
Meetings of the Charter Review Commission are held at various dates, generally two or three times monthly. Charter Review Commission meetings are held in the Hagler/Mason Room on the second floor of City Hall.

† Unlike most Charter Review commission meetings, the meeting of September 2 will be held at the Institute for Human & Machine Cognition, located at 40 South Alcaniz Street.
Joint City Council/County Commission Meetings
A joint meeting of the Pensacola City Council and the Escambia County Board of County Commissioners is held once monthly. Joint meetings are held in the Hagler/Mason Room on the second floor of City Hall.
