On the new community centre

This past Friday, the City of Pensacola held a grand opening for the new Sanders Beach-Corinne Jones Community Centre. The facility replaces two community centres destroyed in 2004 by Hurricane Ivan.

We can’t praise the new community centre enough. It is simply gorgeous inside and out. The spacious ballroom and its magnificent view of Pensacola Bay alone are worth the trip. The 17,500 square foot facility was constructed at a cost of $4.4 million…
