NorthEscambia: Delay consolidation vote

NorthEscambia.com, which does an excellent job covering the northern end of the county, has published this morning an well-reasoned editorial which concludes that any referendum vote on consolidation should be delayed “at least two years.”
The editorial takes issue with the Consolidation Study Commission’s process:
“Committee Chairman Ken Bell argues in a published viewpoint that his body followed the mandate of the Legislature…”
