Charges against Humbles dropped

Jeff Humbles, candidate for Pensacola City Council District 6, was arrested back in August under what I can only describe as questionable circumstances.
According to the PNJ:
Pensacola City Council candidate Jeffrey A. Humbles will not be prosecuted in connection with resisting a law enforcement officer, the State Attorney’s Office said.
