Final charter draft released
The City’s Charter Review Commission has released its final draft of its proposed charter, incorporating changes agreed upon at its public hearing earlier this week.
The commission is expected to vote on approval of the charter on July 8; if approved, the charter will be submitted to the City Council for consideration at its July 23 meeting. If approved by Council, a referendum on the proposed charter will be set.
We have included a copy of the final draft below.
