Terhaar gets ZBA seat

27-year old Richard “Tony” Terhaar got his seat on the Zoning Board of Adjustment, for anyone that didn’t hear. City Council replaced an advocate for conservation and environmental protection with someone whose family firm is responsible for overdevelopment and clear-cutting.
