Rusty Wells cashes in

At this evening’s City Council meeting, Council voted on the ratification of Rusty Wells’ new employment contract, to take effect when he assumes the City Attorney’s job. Some highlights:

A lot of surprises in store for people. Some candidates are doing better than expected.  I’m surprised to see some doing as poorly as they are.
