Joe Roberts fails to get on the ballot
Joe Roberts, the Democratic challenger to U.S. Rep Jeff Miller (R-Chumuckla) in 2006, has failed to qualify and will not be on the ballot this fall.
This completes a swift fall for Roberts, who threw what can only be described as a hissy-fit and left the Democratic Party in February, was attempting to qualify for the race as an NPA (No Party Affiliation). Pretty bad decision.
This leaves Democrat Jim Bryan, a businessman and Vietnam veteran, as the Miller’s only challenger this fall.
